Project Description and Program Manager Role:
Chris Foutz provided Construction Management, Owners Rep, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control services working for the Ownership Group overseeing the General Contractor, Architect and Designers.
SPRING HILL SUITES – This was a unique project that the owner was a construction company but needed the services of an experienced hotel builder since they had never entered that arena. The hotel hosts 126 rooms with 8 pool cabana rooms. Semi-custom design, the guestrooms are prototypical, and the public areas are highly custom. Due to location, there are large meeting spaces (3800SF) and a fully custom lobby and dining with a bar and outdoor dining.
