What We Did
As Program Manager, Mr. Prine assisting Campus Architects and Facilities in the development of a 500-seat complex designed to host NCAA Regional and Super Regional Tournaments. The complex included state-of-the-art satellite and cable communications systems. The team facility building included locker rooms, meeting rooms, batting tunnel, taping rooms, coach’s rooms etc.

Project received LEED Certification.
Services included interviewing and assisting in the selection of the Program Manager at Risk and then managing the Design Team and CM during the Fast Track construction phase. Project was delivered on time to host the 2009 Super Regionals.
