Chris Foutz & Jeff Prine provided Construction Management, Owners Rep, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control services for the Ownership Group overseeing the General Contractor, Architect and Design Team.

Courtyard / Residence Inn Dual Brand Hotel The Project is the only dual branded hotel on Jekyll Island. Consisting of 209 guestrooms and one Hospitality Suite this hotel sits on a premier lot on Jekyll with direct beachfront access. Views from this hotel are unlike most on Jekyll Island. Different from these typical Marriott brands, it features a full service dining and indoor/outdoor bar as well as Starbucks. There is a Game Room and a large Fitness room to keep things active. The pool is the largest on Jekyll island and with kids in mind there is a turtle shaped splash pad for them to play. Two large meeting rooms make this great for business travelers as well.
