Early 2012 the City of Jefferson purchased an existing Shopping Center with the intent of developing Municipal space within its existing construction.

Working with our teammates, BM&K Construction / Engineering (Construction Manager) and Wakefield Beasley & Associates (Design Firm), we developed a new 20,000 GSF Library and 17,000 GSF Police Headquarters into the largest of the existing spaces.

This unique CM/Design Build delivery method combined with our Program Management services provided the City with a complete turn-key approach.
