Acting as the Program Manger, Mr. Prine provided oversight of the $55 Million Bond funded Capital Improvement Program. Scope included the renovation of 6 elementary schools. Renovation included the total demolition of all interior building finishes and systems and total renovation and replacement of those systems during the Summer Vacation periods (10 weeks) of 1994 & 1995.
