Founded in 1897, Piedmont College is a comprehensive liberal arts institution and also offers a variety of career-oriented majors, including education, business and nursing. Total enrollment is approximately 2,800 students on campuses in Demorest and Athens, Ga.

As Project Director, Mr. Prine oversaw the development of this 27,000 SF Performing Arts Center with a 350-seat Auditorium and a 13,500 SF College of Mass Communications.

Facility includes a Newsroom, Labs, Lounge areas, Television Control Room, Television Studio, Student Radio Station, 85 seat Screening Room, Georgia Public Radio 88.3 FM, Technology Office, Main Stage Theatre and Black Box Theatre.

Project involved overseeing Design Team and Construction Manager at Risk and was delivered on time and within budget.
