    Accomplished and resourceful professional with over two decades of experience in project management across diverse sectors, including retail, commercial, educational, public safety and public works. Demonstrated leadership in overseeing multimillion-dollar construction initiatives from conception to completion while adhering to strict budgetary and timeline constraints. Skilled at selecting and managing contractors, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost-saving techniques. Capable of collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce corporate standards for the design, construction, and maintenance of physical assets. Expert at navigating regulatory requirements, presenting information to diverse stakeholders, and coordinating with consultants and design teams to ensure timely project approvals, enhanced stakeholder satisfaction, and seamless project execution.

    Mr. Waller’s career has been unique in that he has been on all three sides of the Owner-Architect-Contractor triangle. This makes him knowledgeable of the complex matrix of scope, responsibility, and procedure for each side and positions him for readiness. He has performed multiple roles such as; Contractor Project Manager where he is “soliciting, acquiring, managing, and inspecting all the resources needed to actually build the project”, Owner’s Program Manager where he is “advising the owner on all of the required necessities it takes to complete the program: cleanup, demolition, hazardous waste removal, surveying, geotechnical investigations, design, permit, construction, Fixtures, Furnishings & Equipment, and Move-In”,

    Construction Administrator where he represents the Architect during construction and administers the contract with RFI’s, Submittals, all project logs, monthly observation report, pay applications and change orders”.

    Mr. Waller is experienced communicating technical concepts to user groups and in building consensus to keep projects moving forward.  He serves as liaison with clients to ensure that each project is well managed, and expectations are met or exceeded.

    Mr. Waller has passed previous examinations for the PMP-Project Management Professional, CDT-Construction Document Technologist, CCCA-Certified Construction Contract Administrator, CQM-Certified Quality Manager, and ICC B-2 Commercial Building Inspector.
