Personal Experience
Over the course of his career, Aaron St. Pierre has served in multiple leadership roles centered around public sector design, capital improvement planning, and project delivery. With more than 19 years of experience, he has built a strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams and guiding both horizontal and vertical projects from early planning through construction. His experience includes project planning, stakeholder coordination, budget oversight, scheduling, consultant management, and construction administration.
Mr. St. Pierre has extensive experience leading capital improvement initiatives for municipalities and public agencies throughout Georgia and neighboring states. His portfolio includes park and recreation developments, alternative transportation infrastructure improvements, and public facilities planning. He is skilled in working with clients, consultants, and community stakeholders to keep projects aligned with program goals, budgets, and schedules while maintaining clear communication throughout the life of each assignment.
Throughout his career, Mr. St. Pierre has demonstrated a strong ability to manage complex public-sector projects that require coordination across multiple disciplines and interest groups. He is effective at balancing technical project requirements with the practical needs of clients and end users, helping move projects forward through thoughtful planning, collaboration, and responsive leadership.
In his role at Ascension Program Management, Mr. St. Pierre supports the firm’s growing portfolio of private and municipal clients by leading program management efforts, assisting with capital program planning, and overseeing project delivery from concept through construction.
