As Program Director, Mr. Prine oversaw a staff of Project Managers who managed the Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Library and Public Affairs College renovations. This $35 Million project involved the rehabilitation of the existing historic facility interfacing with the Library, UT Austin Campus Architect, and UT Office of Facility Construction staff and the Construction Manager at Risk.

Bass Hall Performing Arts Center Renovation, Austin, Texas. $25 Million, – Program Director, CM at Risk. Bass Hall is the centerpiece of the University of Texas, Austin’s nine-theater performing arts complex. With one of the largest stages in the country and seating for 3,000 patrons, Bass Hall has the potential to serve as one of the most significant venues in Austin, capable of hosting the largest touring productions. Renovations included updated finishes, improved restrooms, a sprinkler system, a lobby smoke evacuation system, and safe exiting opportunities in enclosed stairways.

Battle Hall Complex Renovation, Austin, Texas. $15 Million, – Program Director. The Battle Hall Complex is an historic building that required major exterior and interior restoration, including; roof replacement, stabilization and repair to structural systems and exterior masonry envelope as a result of long-term water infiltration, waterproofing replacement at sub-grade basement levels, window and door restoration.

Geology Building Addition / Renovation of E. P. Schoch Building- $11 Million. Oversaw the development of alternatives for an addition to the existing Geology Building, which houses the John A. & Katharine G. Jackson School of Geosciences. The purpose of the study is to identify options, which balance department need, realistic funding targets, and very strict site constraint
