Strategy Planning/ Occupancy Planning/ Project Management/ Move Management for the North America Organization of The Coca-Cola Company


The objective of the project was to separate two major organizations behind firewalls within 1 building, 13 floors. The main challenge was that the building was fully occupied and there was no swing space available during the project execution. We executed minor renovations and furniture installations to 2 floors at a time. Employees had to vacate these floors and float or work remotely for 2 weeks. We relocated a total of 1,500 employees, installed furniture in 1,000 offices and completed the project in 7 phases for a total of 5 months.
