Coca-Cola Technology Plaza – Suntrust Gardens
In order to create an IT Center of Excellence in Atlanta, the CocaCola Company hired us to partner with a design firm and multiple vendors to build a new state-of-the-art space to house 2,000 employees. The IT Organization consolidated into 2.5 newly-built floors of the Suntrust Garden building, a total of 275,868 RSF. We relocated 1,800 IT employees from multiple locations in Atlanta to allow them to be in close proximity with the main headquarters.
After the IT relocation, we were able to capture vacancies in the main headquarters and move a total of 800 employees from Cobb County and Dunwoody. As a result, we were able to vacate two leased buildings and accomplish great savings for the Coca-Cola Company
