Personal Experience of Esther Reifman, Project Director Move Management
Project Management / Move Management services for The Coca-Cola Company, working with multiple service providers during a multi-year project to renovate the entire main campus.
The project started in 2012, and the first phase of the renovation involved the main common areas, called The Main Street. The result was a number of restaurants, conference centers, stores, credit union, and a pharmacy. As other phases progress, the office floors of multiple buildings are being renovated, which require us to plan, coordinate and execute employee moves to swing space and then to final location.
