REFRESHMENT CONSOLIDATION AND RESTACK
The project goal was to vacate one leased building and relocate all employees to the main campus in order to accomplish operations savings. The main challenges were:
1. There were not enough seats to accommodate everyone. Our team conducted a study to determine which employees had to be assigned to a seat verses employees who could hotel or share seats. Based on the study, we planned and executed the project.
2. A major reorganization took place while we were executing the project which required additional restacks and phases. As a result, several employees had to move to a building outside the main campus.
