Ascension PM provided Strategic Planning/ Occupancy Planning/ Project Management/ Move Management for the Refreshment Organization of The Coca-Cola Company


The project goal was to vacate one leased building and relocate all employees to the main campus in order to accomplish operations savings. The main challenges were:

1. There were not enough seats to accommodate everyone. Our team conducted a study to determine which employees had to be assigned to a seat verses employees who could hotel or share seats. Based on the study, we planned and executed the project.

2. A major reorganization took place while we were executing the project which required additional restacks and phases. As a result, several employees had to move to a building outside the main campus.
