PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Foutz has in his career had many roles in construction management. Mr. Foutz started in construction back in 1997 after being around it through family his whole life. He started Foutz Construction Services with his brother and quickly became acknowledged in the high-end residential communities in Savannah, GA. To prop up that business it was promptly understood to achieve the level finished we were expecting we opened a millwork company. Today his brother still runs this company under Foutz Construction.

Mr. Foutz moved on to commercial and hospitality after doing a Kessler Hotel and went to work with a general contractor building hotels to further his building skills. As Project Manager of many hotel projects, he got into most of the major brands and has built many of them. After 8 years on the GC side of the business, Mr. Foutz had an opportunity to the ownership side through relationships he had built.

After moving to the ownership side with a well know company in the Marriot and Hilton brands, many more relationships have emerged, and Mr. Foutz is well known to the brands and many others.

During his tenure in construction Mr. Foutz has done oversight and management on many types of construction projects. Mixed Use Development, High end residential, Commercial, and Hospitality.

Mr. Foutz has served as Project/Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative on all types of Capital Improvement Programs. Altogether, he has overseen over 750 Million Dollars of projects throughout his career. He has been the on-site Point of Contact with clients, providing technical advice and support for their projects. He keeps up with the latest construction methods and trends to offer the best advice.
