PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
James has served approximately 3 years as an architect, 27 years as a general contractor and design-builder and most recently 12 years as an owner’s representative on projects for the state of Georgia and Ascension Program Management. James has been directly involved with and responsible for more than one hundred projects from inception through construction, turnover and warranty phases in a range of over a billion dollars. His strategy is always to establish a vision, set expectations, hire the best professionals, clear barriers for the team and hold people accountable.
At every meeting James will discuss budget, schedule and what issues lie ahead that has to be resolved. James is well versed in every aspect of the project delivery process and always works to get the most and best for the budget, have clear communications, be fair and reasonable to all parties and deliver a project the owner can enjoy long term.
