Our leadership oversaw the relocation of 5 offices buildings throughout a metro area (nearly 250,000 SF) into a consolidated single office over a 1 year period for Nortel at 5555 Windward Parkway, Alpharetta, Georgia. Included overseeing programming, planning, interior design, engineering, and construction management at-risk involving adaptive reuse of existing raised floor areas, a 24-hour technical assistance laboratory, and a highly technical 75-seat customer presentation center which included sophisticated audio-visual capabilities. Our schedule was driven by each of the 5 buildings lease’s expiration date.
