Chris Foutz provided Construction Management, Owners Rep, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control services working for the Ownership Group overseeing the General Contractor, Architect and Designers.

AC HOTEL/ RESIDENCE INN Dual Brand Hotel – The 2019 Charlotte CRE Heavy Hitters Award Winner. The Project is a 24 story 300 room hotel with a roof top bar and private roof top owner’s suite that sits on top of Charlotte’s Epicentre complex, a bustling center with nightlife, theater, and restaurants. Construction was done while the Epicentre remained opened creating unparalleled coordination for exterior activities. The AC Hotel has 184 rooms. The Residence Inn has 116 rooms. The rooftop Bar “Nuvole” sits on the 22nd floor and has indoor/outdoor dining with chef inspired entrees. The 1300sf private owner’s suite with sweeping views of downtown Charlotte sits adjacent to the Nuvole and is separate of the hotel.
