Jane Elizabeth Orr has 20 years’ experience in complex construction programs/projects, successfully managing schedules, budgets and associated changes, ensuring value for owner’s expenditures and implementing best practices including safety and material management.

Ms. Tablada brings broad, cross-functional qualifications in the construction, design, and project management arena. With 35+ years of project management experience, she has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. Ms. Tablada is an innovative problem solver whose focus is on adding value while controlling cost. She is articulate, self-driven, and results oriented. Over the past ten years, her focus has been in education – planning, managing, and executing projects.
Brown has worked in local government for over 26 years, in various public works and engineering management positions within Georgia in the City of Carrollton, Athens-Clarke County, and Jackson County, as well as the Town of Castle Rock, Colorado and the City of Laramie, Wyoming. Brown is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Georgia and was recently designated a Public Works Leadership Fellow (PWLF) by the American Public Works Association (APWA). As a PWLF, Brown serves as a mentor for public works professionals enrolled in the APWA Donald C. Stone Center for Leadership Excellence.
